1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Vignexa Digital Solutions ("Vignexa") for website development, app development, video editing, social media management, or academic project guidance, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our project quotation agreements.

2. Scope of Work & Written Quotations

Pricing listed on our website represents indicative launch package rates. Each commissioned project requires an agreed written scope document detailing specific deliverables, revision counts, third-party API dependencies, and milestone schedules. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3. Domain & Cloud Hosting Allowances

Packages that mention domain and hosting include a defined 1-year financial allowance toward standard domain registration (e.g. .com or .in) and high-speed hosting with SSL. Renewals from Year 2 onwards, or premium domain names with surcharge registry pricing, are funded directly by the client at prevailing provider rates.

4. Payment Milestone Schedules

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, development projects follow milestone billing:

• 50% Kickoff Advance: Required to commence architecture, wireframing, and initial sprint development.
• 50% Final Payment: Due upon staging review approval, prior to DNS pointed live launch and final asset handoff.
• Video editing retainers and social media packages are billed monthly in advance.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon 100% full settlement of agreed project fees, complete source code, graphic assets, and video files belong entirely to the client. Vignexa reserves the right to showcase non-confidential screenshots and links in our portfolio demonstration reel.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
